Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow 2 full working days for prescriptions to be processed.
We cannot accept requests for medication over the telephone. Requests for repeat medication can be made online, by ticking the boxes on the prescription slip, or in writing. Repeat medications are reviewed annually so from time to time you may receive a request to see the practice pharmacist before your next repeat medications can be issued.
If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due please complete the Medication Review form.
Patient Online Services
Our current online services allow patients to order repeat prescriptions, book, amend and cancel appointments. You can also see your test requests and a summary of your medical record. All new patients will be registered for online services automatically and patients can then go online to activate their account.
Please speak to reception if you would like to use this service, alternatively you can complete the Register for Online Services form.
