The practice will be closed on the afternoon of Thursday 23rd October for essential staff training. We will be closing at 1:30pm on Thursday until 8:00am on Friday morning.

For non-urgent matters such as routine appointments, or prescription queries, please contact us on Friday 24th October or complete an online form below "Contact the Practice".

If your query is urgent, please call 0161 983 0641 for on the day assistance provided by Salford primary care. In the case of a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately.
